I started my weight loss February 2, 2009 at 225 pounds. I had some success but quickly blew it. I'm not going to beat myself over it. It is what it is and I'm moving on and working on making sure this isn't permanent.
199.7! It is so far up that I just want to hide my head. I'm using my second free pass and am going to hope that the improvements in my running will see a loss soon.
