Personal Goal Update!
While my weight is still fluctuating (not concerned), my personal goal this week has been achieved. My goal was to run 2 miles and last night I ran 2.05 miles in 28 minutes. I did the first mile before I even reached the 14 minute mark. I was really pushing my pace and I paid for it in the second half of the run. It kicked my rear. But even though it hurt, it felt good to really get my heart rate going. It was probably the best cardio work out I've had yet. I think my next run I'll try pushing myself the second half. My next goal is to get to 2.25 miles in the time allotted.
