I started my weight loss February 2, 2009 at 225 pounds. I had some success but quickly blew it. I'm not going to beat myself over it. It is what it is and I'm moving on and working on making sure this isn't permanent.
It feels great to see the numbers going down again - even if I haven't gotten to my lowest point yet. I know I'm on the right track and feel healthier and stronger already. Yippee!!
