C25K Day 2 of Week 5 - SUCCESS!

Week 5, Day 2 consisted of a 5 min walk, 8 min RUN, 5 min walk, 8 min RUN, 5 min walk (16 minutes run time total). I'm so glad to get to this point and discover that I can do it. My next run will be for 20 minutes. Just 5 short weeks ago I couldn't run 60 SECONDS! The program plans a day of rest in between, but I find it hard to resist the urge to run every day.

I'm learning what I can about crossfit now. I'd like to do it on my off days. I'm hoping to not look like a complete dodo-head at the gym messing with the weights.
