What a bummer. I'm up to 195.2. I have no excuses. I have considered using one of my free passes but I think I should save that in case I have a really bad week with a larger gain. Not that I'm planning on it, but I would hate to saddle my teammates with a 3+ gain one week cause I used my pass for a 1 pound gain.

I had a gain too this week... but way more than yours. TOM started yesterday and it put me back to my starting point. But I did join the Y and have gone several times this week! Go Me! Even went today and I usually blow off workouts during TOM... :)

ReplyDeleteI feel the same way- don't want to use my pass when I might need it one of these weeks! (And it looks like we gained about the same amount of weight, too.) Not to worry, Sharon, it's nice to realize that a gain is not the end of the world and no reason to say "Oh, well, I blew it" and go nuts... which is what I used to do!
