Small loss

Half a pound down from last week. It is small but at least it is still a loss. I am still relieved to show a loss since I'd been on vacation visiting my sister Nancy (also doing GAG). I was hoping my scale would show a better loss considering her's showed me at 193-something yesterday morning.

My personal goal for this week is to drink lots of water like last week and to fit at least one type of work out in a day, whether it is a quick walk around the block or an hour walk at the mall. I want to MOVE every day.

  5. Way to go on the loss... it's in the right direction so I wouldn't be too concerned about it being a small loss. Small is the best way to go anyway... more of a chance of it staying gone! Good Luck!
