After many failed attempts to get back into the correct mindset, I think I'm there. Today is Day 2 and so far so good. I need to drink more water. I've gained back all the weight I lost and I found even more. I have never been this heavy before and won't be this heavy again. I have some cute clothes in my closet that I got to wear briefly before I started porking up again. I refuse to buy new fat clothes (I got rid of them all the last time), so I'm making due with what I have - track pants. I'll feel better squeezing into my jeans after I lose the first 10 pounds, so that is my first mini-goal.
Yeah! I can't wait for the jeans to start losening up!
