Happy 40th to ME!
Thursday was the big day, I turned 40 years old. I'm pleased to say that having finished the C25K two days earlier, I stuck wtih my plans and ran 5K or 3.11 miles. It took me about 42 minutes, and my legs still hurt, but I am sooo glad I stuck it out and kept running. Now that it is done, it is time to keep my focus and start planning for a half marathon. I know myself, and know I need to take this in small increments. I need to sign up for a 5K run and improve my time. This pace training is my first step in training for a half marathon.

Happy 40th and you are doing great with the running. Awesome goals. I know you'll be running across a marathon finish line before you can believe it. :D
