I started my weight loss February 2, 2009 at 225 pounds. I had some success but quickly blew it. I'm not going to beat myself over it. It is what it is and I'm moving on and working on making sure this isn't permanent.
I'm a scale fanatic. I can't help myself - I usually weigh everyday. Today it said 195.1. That is a loss of 1.6 just from Tuesday. It feels great to see these numbers going down again.
